
Ending the Club of young emerging leaders

And the Club of young emerging leaders came to the end. We’re likely both exhausted and energized from long days and meaningful work for the couple of weeks in a row.
We were focused on these skills on our course due to the importance and influence they have on young people achieving a sturdy and successful career. Perseverance, commitment, planning, motivating and communication through active listening are all vital and part of being a leader.
When people ask your opinion, how do you respond in the most effective manner? What are the keys area to cover when debating and speaking to the public?
Composing presentations, lectures in a class size of 35 students and undertaking projects in teams are just a few parts of our Club of young emerging leaders.
We offered impact, a 9-week leadership, public speaking and debate workshop that imparts key skills coupled with attitudinal training and practice allowing participants to overcome their fear and become effective and confident public speakers.

Club of young emerging leaders: Lectures and preparations for the public actions

As we approach towards the end of the Club of young emerging leaders, there isn't a greater pleasure than seeing these youngsters improving their skills in leadership public speaking and debate.
The eighth week of the Club of young emerging leader was full of ideas, hard work and preparations for the four public actions that soon will be realized by the youngsters themselves.

Successfully realized the seventh week of the Club of young emerging leaders

The lectures and the preparations for the youth public actions continue!
The participants of the Club of young emerging leaders in the seventh week of this club had the chance to learn more about the debate and the components for a successful debate.
Also, the participants of the club continued with the preparations for the youth public actions which will be organized in the upcoming months.

Practicing techniques through improvised debate

22nd of January 2019 was the day of the sixth week of the Club of young emerging leaders. The lectures for debating as a good leadership skill are intended for the transition from learning for public speaking to constructing and how to answer arguments in a competing setting, such as the debate itself.
In addition to the theoretical aspect, participants had the opportunity to practice rarely mastered techniques through improvised debate, in order to be well prepared for the real debate.

Debate- an important skill for building a successful leader

On 15th of January 2019, we finished with the fifth week of the Club of young emerging leaders! The debate as an important skill for building a successful leader is one of the key module of the club.
The club uses the debate as a framework for learning and engaging in collaborative research, improving communication skills, developing critical thinking, leadership, and teamwork, and to create positive changes in our society through words - all in one place!
Following weeks will be adopted various debating topics to make overall debates wider; which in turn will definitely add a plus for new debaters who represent their school in the final action strategy which will be the product of the organized debates with different topics regarding to the youth issues.
