Successfully finished another training!
Today our team successfully finished the training on Project Cycle Management!
After this four-day training, our staff achieved to gain new knowledge regarding the process of project writing, managing and budgeting. We believe that every training is a great opportunity to learn new things and improve the employee’s skills, therefore we are very glad to mark the end of a new brighter beginning, with now - more qualified staff on the topic of Project Cycle Management.

Part of our institutional grant by Civica Mobilitas is improvement of Organizations capacities through staff training. In reaching the excellence in our performance, today our team attended the first module of the Training for Project Cycle Management.
Throughout these modules our human resources will be able to take lectures from internationally qualified trainers on the topics of: Analysis and Project Planning, Project structure, Logical Framework Analysis, Project Budgeting, Evaluation and Financial Management.

Celebrating Another Success and Looking Forward to New Challenges
Today, 25 August 2017, in the premises of EU Info Center, was held the final conference of the Project EPESI –Entrepreneurship Platform of Economic and Social Inclusion of unemployed women.
In this conference there presented the results of the implemented activities in 4 cities in Republic of Macedonia (Skopje, Shtip,Kumanovo and Tetovo) and the achieved results in the area of social inclusion and upgrading of the knowledge, competences and skills of unemployed women for the purpose of easier inclusion at the labor market.
Multikultura achieved, through the active participation in the labor market to increase the economic independence of women and their living conditions. Within the three modules of the social inclusion training, 60 women between 18-55 years old became capable and confident for the trade market, while the rest 40 women attended the vocational training which was tailored to meet the needs of the participants in order to get them ready for the labor market.
