Effective employment opportunities for the youth”

The overall goal of the project is to contribute for youth employment by professionaldevelopment of youth and promotion of vocational education.
1. Improvement of youth capacity.
2. Promotion of vocational education as an easier way of employment.
3. Improvement of cooperation between business community, higher education institutions and non – governmental sector.
4. Elevation of awareness and information of youth with available opportunities of employment.

Long term results
– Better capacity of youth of municipality Tetovo for writing CV and motivation letter, and skills for finding a job.
– Highlighted youth work experience by practice work on companies.
– Elevated awareness on students of 9th grade on the value of vocational education.
– Elevated awareness on youth for employment opportunities.
– Recommendations for decreasing of unemployment of youth.
