“Vocational education leading to employment ”

“Vocational education leading to employment ”, (20.05.2018-20.03.2019), is a project that is expected to improve the capacities and oppurtunities of high school students from the textile school “Gjoce Stojcevski” in Tetovo. It has been noticed from the previous implemented activities within other projects that the students are disappointed because their talent is not sufficiently promoted and do not know about the ways in which they could earn their labor and talent. Furthermore, the project wants to address the problem with small promotion of the talent of the high school students and the problem with the small number of students enrolled in the secondary vocational schools which contributes to the shortage of labor. Through this project, specifically through project activities such as workshops for writing CV, motivation letter and preparation for an interview, but also through a blog development workshop or online advertising of their products, we want to help them in building their capacities to improve their life, and contribute to the promotion of their talent. As a great importance will be considered the collaboration with the business community in order to make them familiar with the talents of high school students in the textile school and have the opportunity for future possible employment.
