“Youth interethnic initiatives in secondary education” (01.03.2014 – 30.07.2014), the main aim was to involve the students in the creation of proposals to the decision-making structures in secondary schools in Tetovo, which would then serve as a model in other schools in Tetovo. The youth used methods of advocacy and lobbying for their rights and obligations in secondary schools; proposed initiatives and monitored the impact of decision-makers towards more responsibility for the secondary schools in Tetovo; established trained team within secondary schools, with an organizational structure that will continue to work on creating proposals from high school students to decision-making structures of the school and created new best practice adjustments which can be used in other schools.
