The overall objective of the project is nurturing and empowering youth to be advocates of peace and social life for positive changes in their own community.<\/p>\n
Specific objectives of the project are:
\n-Building the capacities of young people for peace and reconciliation
\n-Creating a Peace Center for research and future peace activities
\n-Resuming social dialogue and bridging divides through two sports tournaments
\n-Bringing together people from different ethnic groups through art and social activities<\/p>\n
Through the implementation of the project activities, the following results were achieved:
\n-24 trained youth peace ambassadors
\n-Raised awareness about existing cultures in Macedonia and improvement of multi-ethnic relations through art V
\n-Transformation of 3 murals from hate into peace messages
\n-Organized two sports tournaments
\n-Established Peace Center that offers opportunities for youth to be engaged in activities that promote peace and active citizenship.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
