Meetings with the two candidates for mayor of Tetova

Multikultura Association, today organized meetings with the two candidates for mayor of Tetova, and that with Mr. Bilall Kasami from the Besa Movement and Mrs. Teuta Arifi from the Democratic Union for Integration.

In these meetings were discussed the priorities and recommendations that emerged from the Forums for Citizen Dialogue, priorities that should be the focus of the mandate of the new mayor of Tetova. Together with the candidates for mayor, we also talked about the creation of new opportunities for cooperation between the local government and the civil sector, as a catalyst for change in the community.

These meetings took place within the project "Civic Alliance for Progressive Local Change", which is funded by the Olof Palme International Center and supported by the Swedish Government.
